The Christian Science Journal published an article this month by Jan Kassahn Keeler titled, God’s provision and launching out «into the deep»:
Simon, James, and John were fishing partners who had worked all night without success. Despite their skill and effort, they caught nothing. When Jesus instructed them to «launch out into the deep,» they obeyed—and their nets became so full of fish they nearly broke. This biblical account illustrates a fundamental truth: spiritual understanding transforms circumstances that human effort alone cannot resolve.
All good, all substance, is from God, who is infinite Mind. God gives you His spiritual ideas, and in turn, they give you daily supplies. Supply is actually God’s thoughts and ideas. These cannot be blocked, restricted, or depressed.
